Verbs that take "verb + ing":

Verbs that take both "to + verb" and "verb + ing":

- Can't Stand:
- She can't stand listening to loud music in the early morning.
- I can't stand to see people being treated unfairly.
- Hate:
- Some people hate waiting in long lines at the grocery store.
- I hate to interrupt, but may I ask a question?
