Verbs that take "to" after:

  1. Discuss (talk about): We discuss going on holiday quite often.
  2. Keep (continue): He keeps working on his project despite the challenges.
  3. Put off (delay): They put off meeting each other.
  4. Admit (acknowledge): She admitted making a mistake in the report.
  5. Dislike (not like): He dislikes eating vegetables.

Verbs that take "verb + ing":

  1. discuss (talk about): We discuss going on holiday quite often.
  2. keep (continue): He keeps working on his project despite the challenges.
  3. put off (delay): They put off meeting each other.
  4. admit (acknowledge): She admitted making a mistake in the report.
  5. dislike (not like): He dislikes eating vegetables.

Verbs that take both "to + verb" and "verb + ing":

    1. Begin:

    2. Can't Stand:
      • She can't stand listening to loud music in the early morning.
      • I can't stand to see people being treated unfairly.
    3. Hate:
