Prepositions 1

1. In:- Use "in" for enclosed spaces: We use "in" when something is inside a defined or enclosed space.
- Examples: "I am in the classroom." "There is a cat in the box."
- Use "at" for specific points or locations: We use "at" for specific points or locations, often related to an event or a place's name.
- Examples: "I am at the park." "She is at the cinema."
- Use "of" to show possession or belonging: We use "of" to indicate possession or belonging.
- Examples: "The tail of the cat." "The pages of the book."
- Time expressions:
- Use "in" with months, years, seasons: "I'll see you in January."
- Use "at" with specific times: "We'll meet at 3 PM."
- General guideline:
- Use "in" for large spaces or periods, "at" for specific points or times, and "of" to show possession or connection.
